Louis Kyprianou is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

Louis has almost 20 years of experience in the fields of accounting, audit and tax, spanning the whole spectrum of industries. He had gained valuable experience with a number of high profile clients, while working for high up tier firms. From the position of Senior Manager and then acting as Audit Director, Louis was responsible for a big portfolio of large international clients.

Over the years, Louis has acquired in depth technical knowledge and experience, being involved in the preparation and reviewing of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements acting as the final reviewer and signing director, having the overall responsibility for each engagement.

Louis is a member of the education committee of ICPAC for the last six years and he also used to be a non-executive member of the Board of Directors for one of the biggest financial institutions in Cyprus during 2015 and 2016.

Taking advantage of his valuable experience, Louis has decided to establish Qualityserve Professional Services Limited.
